Project Overview
With the Sky entertainment platform over a decade old and facing aggressive competition from global streaming giants like Netflix, Disney+, and Apple TV+, a full-scale transformation was critical. Working within the Sky Digital Innovation Team, I led the end-to-end experience strategy, user research, and product design for Sky’s next-generation entertainment ecosystem – spanning movies, TV, and live sports. Grounded in customer insights, behavioural data, and market analysis, the work redefined how users engage with Sky across platforms – positioning the brand to compete in a modern, on-demand streaming landscape.

Multi-Platform Product Design: Spearheaded design of Sky Go across iOS, Android, tablet, and web platforms—ensuring cohesive, intuitive experiences across screens. Reimagined the Sky Sport Now experience with a focus on elevated live and on-demand sports viewing, optimized for engagement and ease.
