My name is Allen and I am an Experience Strategist, Researcher and Designer. I'm inspired by the intersection of technology, entertainment and design.

I enjoy travel photography and my favourite places in the world are Tokyo, New York, Paris and Maui. I was born in Taiwan, am fluent in English and Mandarin, and speak a little bit of Japanese too.

My Career Focus

I have a range of skills including Product Design, UX Design, Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing. My career has been focused on designing innovative products and services utilising online, mobile and AI technologies at companies like Air New Zealand and technology startups such as AskNicely, Cove Insurance and Sharedspace. I am passionate about the power of combining design with user behavioural insights and customer-centric data.
